This could have been such a great thing...but in the end, Cody accused me of not paying him, said my dog attacked his worker and that the price he originally quoted me didn't cover weeding.



Communication is non-existent. I had to call multiple times to find out why my service stopped. We realized we had sent our checks to the wrong address. But no one inquired as to why we weren't paying. They just stopped coming.



Then the weeds...it was nearly 2 months of waiting until we finally pulled them all ourselves because it looked so bad. He gave me excuses of his weed guy was really busy, crap like that. Finally after we had weeded he dropped in and sprayed some weed killer, but there was no attention to the weeds after that. He originally quoted me $75 which he told me was inclusive of the weed pulling. I got a bill for $85 and thought I was remembering incorrectly. But I know I was told $75 and found it on a notepad. Regardless, I paid the $85.



Then there were missed mowings only to find out Cody had a friend in rehab who he had to go see so he couldn't mow when scheduled. Again, no call, no text. Just a no show. This went on all summer. Finally, after coming home yesterday to a crappy mow job, tall grass untrimmed along my fences, I'd had enough. And the weeds are still untouched in the front. Two voicemails and a long text and finally he texted me back telling me he didn't want my business. Then he accused my dog, who steers clear of loud machines and strangers, of biting one of his workers. The same dog that has been in the backyard since he started coming in the spring. He tells me it wasn't a big deal so they didn't tell me. Seriously?! But weeks later when I complain I received a crappy mow/trim job it's a reason to quit servicing me?



Stay away from this company. It's just not worth it. I am a small business owner and love supporting small business. But sometimes small businesses are just too inexperienced to handle service and performance. This is one business that needs to grow up.
