Terrible customer service - they called me with a price on a sofa - said they'd hold it for me till I got there - 1 hour later - as I walked in to get it - they were writing up a deal with someone else on the sofa they called me on - not very professional

If you are thinking about buying carpet buy it from some other company! We brought my grandmother some reddish looking carpet and in a year after a lot of professional cleaning its so dirt and run down that we now have plastic covering to make it look pleasable with her new furniture. A representative came out and said that those part of the carpet has to much of a heavy flow and that's why it looks like that. And then had the nerves to offer 300 dollars off of us some more new carpet from their company. Do they think we are really going to buy some more rundown carpet from them ? Nope i don't think so and if its up to me i would not get anything that you cant touch or walk on from them . Please take this warning and BUY YOUR PRODUCTS FROM SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
