Awful. If you need a tow you would be better off pushing your vehicle yourself. Had my car towed through AAA and this place wouldn’t release it until a “diagnostic fee” of $85 was paid. A few that wasn’t agreed to and I was basically told tough luck. Avoid this place if you break down near Socorro, NM.

I was stranding 15 miles south of Belen NM on I-25 waiting for AAA roadside assistance and the company they had contacted to change a blown tire on my vehicle. I had been waiting for more than hour without results. A driver for Baca's passed my vehicle and saw my warning lights on and was kind enough to stop. Baca's was not the company that had been contacted by AAA. This driver changed my tire. If Baca's had not stopped, I probably would still be waiting for the outfit that AAA called.

We were on our way to Arizona when our truck broke down 20 miles out of Socorro. Sonny & Carlos showed up with a smile, and saw that we would need a different truck in order to take our trailer and truck. So the next tow truck showed up and after great effort on their part, they we able to take both our vehicles in to the repair shop. They even gave us a ride to a motel, and suggested a good restaurant. Great people!
