I received very professional services from B & L Vacuum Service. The tech was a couple of hours late, but I received same day service so I didn't mind the lateness. Their competitors would not come out the same day. I called at 8:30 am, and the tech arrived at 2:30 pm. I was quoted $200 for the pumping, and an additional $25 for the convenience of writing a check. I was not charged a penny more, even though I live a good distance from the company, and my septic tank is very large for residential (2500 gallons). My tech was very professional and cordial. He was very competent with the vacuum truck and did not tear up my yard. He left no mess behind. I would recommend this company to friends, family, and neighbors. Thank you for keeping this experience as painless as possible.
