Jason was the little fat, bald man's name. Came out to tow my car at the request of my insurance company.. He arrived at the wrong location, hours later than agreed, and tried to tow my car to someplace where I would never have found it if I had not intercepted him. When I questioned him, my only intention to salvage all this time and have him take the car where it needed to be, he got defensive, a nasty attitude and tried to turn all his incompetence on me (to save face?) Next thing I know he's saying "I'm doing you a service, I don't have to be here" .... uh, what service? He stormed off like a prissy little girl, left me there with my car and NO service! What a jerk. Don't even think about calling this sorry excuse for a business. I filed a complaint with the insurance company. This site makes you give a star rating before you post. It doesn't deserve a star.

Greedy goons who make a profit off the misfortune of others

I cannot say anything good about this company, which makes its money by cruising the area around the UA during games and hauling off cars parked illegally. What's especially disgusting is that these "men" (and I use the term with disgust in my voice) make their living off the misfortune of others, and seem to have so little moral fiber that they could care less about their victims.

Game time? Send out the trucks! Based on the number of cars at the makeshift lot at 744 West Lester, this shady outfit makes out like bandits. Oh, that's right, they ARE bandits! $200 to retrieve a car?

This is not a legitimate business. It is a bunch of hucksters and crooks posing as a towing service. I'm SURE they'd never be approved by AAA, which doesn't exactly set the highest standards.
