He has some machines at my apartment complex that I manage. We had a large vending machine company before he took over and the experience has changed dramatically. Michael actually listens to our request for stuff not normally put in there. He is great we love him and the kids really look up to him. It's so fun to watch him on the camera interact with the kids when he is filling the machines.

We have a vending machine in our break room that would eat the employees money. We had called some one else a couple times and they just never could make it in. The owners said to call someone else. Michael answered and was over that afternoon. He had the machine up and running in about 30 minutes ran $100 through it to make sure it wouldn't jam anymore. He did a great job. Very professional. Hopefully we won't need to call him again but if we do it's him we are calling.

Went to their website and sent an email requesting their help. Michael responded with in minutes literally minutes! I normally use the guy that sold us the machine but he was never showing up so I reached out to him. Lucky for us he was in the neighborhood so he was over with in 30 minutes our machine was fixed in another 20 minutes and we were on our way. He also showed us how to fix it ourselves next time to save us money from having to pay him again. I want to stress that our machine hasn't been taking coins for a couple months before enough was enough and he fixed it within an hour of us deciding to look for someone else to fix! Will certainly use him again if we can't fix it ourselves.

Very reasonably priced and helpful with the various items needing to be fixed on our vending machines. I appreciated that they double checked other things that could be wrong first to see if it could be a cheaper fix than replacing the compressor. Lucky for me there was a cheaper fix! While it was recharging, Scott went to work on the other items I needed someone to look at. Thanks for being helpful and honest!



**Update: Unfortunately I posted the above review before seeing that the fix actually worked. It has now been over a month and it's still not fixed. So, I'm changing my review to reflect my frustration & disappointment. :(

I am a maintenance man for a company and we had problems with are snack machine we tried getting are original vendors to come out and fix it but they gave us the run around for 2 weeks and we got tired of it when I called ayp in they where there in 30 minutes and had it fixed in less then 45 minutes.

We had a tricky vending machine in our office for years and no one could ever fix it. It would not take cash. They got here quick and fixed it! Thanks so much
