From the time of contact to the time of completion, each part of the process was explained thoroughly and communication was second to none. For our experience from needing a new roof due to recent storms, they explained each step of the Insurance process and were physically present through 3 different Insurance Inspections and Appraisal visits to help mediate. Once we got our appraisal, they reviewed each line item with us and explained each item, roofing color and other preferences and walked us through next steps. Unlike other roofing companies just out to make a buck versus recommending what is best for each situation. For example, it was decided based on our climate and roof design that it would be more efficient to eliminate the turbine vents and instead install vented ridge caps...after only a couple of days, we can tell a difference in attic heat that reflects this was the best course of action.
Once we received our initial payment from the Insurance company, they were at our house putting on a new roof on the 4th business day as promised, which was completed same day.
The roofing crew were extremely professional and very meticulous. They spent over an hour cleaning up and going over the property several times throughout the day to ensure everything was maintained and presentable. They were particularly attentive in ensuring there were no metal materials or nails left in the yard or flower beds...I mean, using several people with equipment and also some with handheld devices almost on their hands and knees, ensuring everything was discovered and cleaned up---very important to us since we are dog owners and we never asked for this attention to detail.
I highly recommend and couldn't be happier with the coordination, communication and work.
