Encountered this companies driver at the Valero on Cottage Hill. Rude, obnoxious and unprofessional! That alone tells me how they do business!!

The owner of this company..Chad.. Ran up on me and my kids in his tow truck on McDonald Rd heading towards hwy 90 doin like 70/80 miles an hour and scared the three children I had in my vehicle ages 5&6... Then decided to flip me off as if I did something wrong... Like I said in my fb post... You were the one acting like a jackass on the road that morning... Very dangerous and unprofessional... You sir represent something... You should start acting like it!!!... It just amazes me that you go on calls all the time and see all kinds of wrecks and you almost caused one yourself... You don't have special rights to drive that way... My family used this guy's service twice and he was descent... We won't be calling this guy anymore.. Maybe Chad should think about that before he acts the way he does... Things travel fast.. Especially on social media... think about that from a business angle...I am very upset at this guy and how he done us an had my kids crying..

OMG Worst company ever! Please, puuulllease- I beg of you- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Don't call them and don't give them your business under any circumstances! We've all had bad customer experiences before, but this one was like no other. No other company has ever insulted, degraded, or physically threatened me (literally, no exaggeration) for absolutely no reason whatsoever. It was like the guy was crazy or something- it was truly unbelievable! I went in to ask about getting my car towed (which broke down) and he just flipped his lid and flew off on this weird tirade that was out of no where. I can't even begin to try to explain it- I mean it couldn't have been racist or something (we're both white), and he didn't know where I was from, it was just absolutely unexplainable. I was just in shock- speechless. I truly don't know if the guy had a lose screw or what, but if was stranded on the side of the road I would hitchhike before I let them tow my car again.

My car broke down I called a+ and the guy that came out was very nice. I dont know his name but he had a head full of grey. I will use them every time
