John sold me a computer that did not work and did not refund my money after it's return. I am out $600.00!!!

Terrible customer service. Computer was received NOT plug and play as described. Had to send it back and pay the shipping. Then they returned it to the wrong address. I once again had to pay for shipping. If they screw up your last on there list. Then Ryan the sales associate said I was making threats. I DID I asked for refund and he said no so I stated they wouldn't get a goo review online from me. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I called the owner John and haven't received a call back.
