Did not bring the dumpster until 4 pm but considered that a "day" . Rip off! call someone else

The person who answers their phone needs to learn some customer service skills. I could not get a time for drop off, I was told "around lunch"!? I could not get a time for pick-up, I was told "tomorrow". The dumpster worked but that was about the extent of this service. I would search for another dumpster service should I need one again. (please and thank you go a very long way)
