I've used this company before, so I couldn't think of another person to use when my husband and I moved this past weekend. I called Greg and set up the move, he even remembered my husband and I. I was excited as we were moving into our first home and knew that Greg and his team would be quick, kind to our belongings and affordable.



However the morning of the move, they didn't show up. I waited about an hour and started calling Greg on the only contact number I have for him. Not only did he not answer, but the call went straight to voice mail and the voice mail box was full. I called several more times and got the same thing. I had to call another company and beg for them to move us that day plus pay premimum overtime rates.



While his service is great, it's unacceptable to not show up at a job, not call about not being able to show up for a prearranged job and to not answer your phone.
