I am so pleased with this company. The level of expertise and professionalism is amazing and it is so comforting to know that I can trust them to do the job right and be charged fairly. I'll continue to use them and highly recommend them to everyone else!

I have used the company "APPLIANCE PROS" several times and have always found their 2 techs Todd and Brad to be extremely knowledgeable and professional; this company shoots you straight and lets you know your realistic options to repair or replace when there is a problem.

Another reviewer had reported having a terrible experience- let me just say there is another company in the KC area using a very similar name of "Appliance Pros of Kansas City" that claims to have been around since the 90's, but have just recently opened up shop in Independence MO- Make sure you are getting the REAL Appliance Pros at (816) 326-7010.

A complete and total nightmare. It's been two months and my appliance is still not working. They keep claiming the parts are lost, cancelled, or inadvertently returned. Their phone is often disconnected. They don't show up to appointments, they don't call to let you know and they don't return phone calls. They also misdiagnosed another appliance in our home and someone else had to clean up their mess. They are completely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.
