Does not keep their word. When asked what is going on receive the answer we are doing the best we can. Our experience is that they made us pay half of the fees upfront and promised to be their the next day to fix a dishwasher. When they didnt show called the office and was told I'll call you right back to let you know what is going on. No such call was received. Promised to show then the next day and no show. Was told that he was working in another city that they were doing the best that they can. This company tells you one thing and does something else.
