AWESOME, Great company to deal with.

Poor

I dealt with this company thru the home warranty I had. The man came and checked out my machine and left. He suposedly ordered the part. 4 months later I still dont have it. I called the manufacturer and the part is available, not in back order as he said. He was paid already, so I never heard back from him. A month ago he was supposed to come and install it and he never showed up. I called and strangely got disconneted. When I called again (from different numbers) he never picked up. He lied and never completed service. I am currently disputing against them with the BBB.
