Terrible

Terrible service. Anderson did not order the part for my dishwasher for over three weeks, reportedly because my home warranty company had reportedly not faxed a form to Anderson. However, there was no follow up from Anderson with me or with the home warranty company. When I would call to check on the status, the woman who answered the phone at Anderson (Chris) said there where delivery delays due to weather, but had no information for me regarding the status of my part, and repeatedly told me she would check into it and call me back. She did not call me back, and there was no way for me to talk anyone else, although I did request to. After working through my home warranty company, they discovered that the part had not been ordered, and sent the form. When Kirk finally showed up with the part 4 weeks after the initial diagnosis, he installed it and left. The dishwasher did not make it through that first cycle. I had another repair company out within a week, who said the dishwasher needed replacing. Save you time and frustration, and choose someone else.
