Membership in these programs entitles you to discounts nationwide for medical, dental, vision and chiropractic services and prescription drugs by providers who have agreed to participate in these discount programs. These discount medical plans are NOT health insurance or a MediCare Prescription Drug Plan. There are no waiting periods, pre-authorizations required, no age limits. Specialists and cosmetic surgery included, instant savings, change physicians, most pre-existing accepted. Family plans include up to 20 people in the household, related or not. Dental plans are $14.95 and $19.95 a month. Health plans are $29.95 and $39.95 a month. Ameriplan Prescription Advocacy Plan (APAP) provides members with unlimited maintenance prescriptions for $82 a month with a qualifying income.
