They were wonderful and professional when they came out to our house. They emailed us the results of our inspection and we set up an appointment on the phone to go over the results with them and they NEVER CALLED back. We have tried calling multiple times with no return phone call and our emails have not been answered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!
