American Quality Remodeling (AQR) quoted me a reasonable price for a replacement roof. Other companies either didn't get back to me with a price or many were priced way too high. Due to weather, my roofing project was delayed about a week, but on the rescheduled day the work crew showed up early in the morning and finished the new roof in one day. I have a cathedral ceiling, and the old roof leaked so bad that one whole side of my gable style roof had to have both the plywood replaced, AND the interior ceiling panels. AQR roofing crew was unfazed by this, and the supervisor even helped me with picking up supplies for the replacement ceiling. There were no surprise charges. 24 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. They charged me the reasonable price cited in the contract for all the extra plywood, and threw in 4 free sheets. The finished roof looks great, and so far, is leak free. AQR were very pleasant to deal with. I haven't had any further roof problems since they replaced it.

Removed 50 year old built up roofing. Repaired bad wood, sofits. Replaced with Premium sheathing and shingles.

Gave a reasonably soon start date and arrived on time. Professional crew worked like busy beavers, no slackers on the job. Finished when they said they would. Cleaned up after the job.

Contracted American Quality Remodeling to replace our gutters and sliding glass door. They were able to complete the job in no time and cleaned up and removed all the debris! Love the improvements made, excellent quality and craftsmanship!

Denis and Pavel came to install our sliding glass patio door today. They arrived on time and made certain they asked all of the important questions before starting the project. They worked meticulously from 9-4 and spent the time to make sure the door and lock worked smoothly. The gentleman were professional and friendly. One small problem was a dent in the screen door. Denis unbent it so it can be used and will bring a replacement when he comes to replace the windows. All around excellent job - on time, good communication, professional, friendly, solid craftsmanship. Looks great!

American Quality installed vinyl siding on the back of our house. They did a fast and professional job and the results are stunning. Our salesman Ethan took the time with us to make sure we picked out just the right design and color. My family is very impressed with the final outcome and I would recommend them for any housing project.

We just had a complete new roof done. We are very happy with it and the price. The workers were very nice and they cleaned up the yard when they were done. Over all it was a good experience.

We had vinyl siding put on the house. The price was right in the ballpark if not less than others and the workmanship was beyond excellent. Our sales rep Pete was professional and personable and very knowledgeable. The workmen were pleasant and extremely competent. The worksite was always cleaned up after each day of work and they worked so hard even the neighbors commented on their work ethic. The house looks great and feels so much more weather resistant. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Had four new windows installed and loved them so much we just had our rep come out and we ordered windows for the rest of the house. Also ordered fascia and soffit to match the beautiful blue trim on the windows. The rep and installer are very knowledgable and helpful and I highly recommend this company.

American Quality Remodeling people installed the replacement skylight today. They did a fine job and I am VERY pleased with the workmanship and the finished product!!!
