American Homeworks project management approach is as follows: Step #1 Proposals: American Homeworks management team will meet with you to discuss your project scope, budgets parameters, time frame and other details important to creating a written proposal or working agreement. Most projects like HVAC systems, roofing, flooring and painting can be accurately bid during the initial meeting. Other projects like major kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions and large landscaping installations require an estimation proposal that will provide you a general price range for the project. If the estimation proposal is acceptable, you proceed to Step #2. Step #2: Once the estimation proposal has been accepted, American Homeworks project manager will begin working directly with you in the recommendation and selection of specific materials from flooring, cabinets, fixtures, counter tops, paint colors and any other materials necessary to the completion of your project.
