False advertising

This "business" advertises 24 hour and emergency service, but the truth is they take 24 hours to get back to you
They offer no prompt service and NO follow up
Because of the "after hours" advertisement, I have used them previously and the repair they performed broke down again.
Poor quality work that is not available as advertised
