We live in the KC area and needed service on a property near Fort Scott, KS. Our chimney service company that we have used for years in the KC area, Flues Brothers, does not offer service that distance from KC, so recommended American Chimney Cleaning, Inc. out of Freeman, MO. We called and had a fairly urgent need. They immediately got out on the job and took care of completing the inspection, cleaning and even correcting safety issues we did not even know were present with the stove pipe. They were prompt, courteous, honest & fair, knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything needing to be repaired prior to doing the work. Their charge was very fair for the time and work that they put into the job. I would definitely highly recommend them! Tim T.
