Had older cooktop and dishwasher issues. Prompt to respond, arrived on time when promised and very efficient diagnosing problems and doing repairs. Reasonable pricing and good value for the work. The appliances work better now and I'm very satisfied.

I called American Appliance after reading the rave reviews below on this site. Our fridge/freezer had stopped cooling properly, and Vic came out that day, even though he was working on the other side of town - he was at my house within the hour! The service was exceptional - he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and honest. The issue was corrected, and he kept the cost as low as possible for me - he was very up-front and explained everything that was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Very reasonable. We will definitely use American in the future for any repair needs we may have!

Randy was thorough in looking at issues with our washer and refrigerator and a pleasure to work with. He completed a quick, honest assessment and helped me figure out what to do. We'll be calling American Appliance Service again in the future.

Very pleasant experience! Excellent service. Received an early morning phone call, an appointment between 2-3pm. Vic was here to repair my refrigerator at 2:30!! It is humming along, just fine now. I will use American Appliance for all my repairs.
