My husband & I have used Amazon Rodent & Wildlife Control for years; since before Rio & Leah were married! We first met them when we needed help handling rats. We were referred by some friends who said Rio is one pest guy we can trust. They were right! We followed Rio’s advice & had repairs made in conjunction with a rat treatment. That was in 2003 & I’m happy to report we are still rat free! Most recently we had Rio out because a snake slithered into our garage. After 2 hours of searching through every box, nook, & cranny Rio found a juvenile western diamondback rattlesnake. Boy, are we glad we had the expert out for that one!

My best advice to anyone would be to stay away from this business if you want to get your money's worth. I felt completely ripped off by the time i ended the service. I had a squirrel problem that did catch one squirrel right away. But after that caught two birds and after coming out and resetting the trap twice i get an invoice saying that it was 55 dollars each for bird trapping. That's right 55 dollars each for birds that had nothing to do with my problem and no person i've talked to has agreed that this is a standard fee. As a business owner myself i quickly knew this was dishonest business practice and not what i believe in , so i pulled the plug. At the end of the day i spent $350 dollars and only caught one squirrel, hole was never sealed, and the squirrel problem was never resolved. If that's what you get for your money then i guess everybody should get into this business, because that sure seems like easy money to me.

My family has used Amazon for a variety of pest issues over the years. We called Rio when rats moved into our attic & again when my wife saw a snake slither under the back deck. Thanks to Rio's advice we were able to close all the holes on our house to keep out everything from snakes to raccoons. Rio is always prompt, courteous, & fair.
