Alley and Co Heating/Air

Replaced our 2 air conditioning units and our 2 heating units. They had to bring in a crane to remove our old units. They were terrific. Good prices and excellent work.

On 7-7-08 I called alley and co at 8:05 am about an air conditoining problem. The woman who answered the phone told me " someone can definatley make it out to you today, but I cannot give you a specific time. We will give you a courtesy call 30 min prior to our arival time." I say great sounds good and give her all of my information. It is now 5:05 pm 9 hours later and I have not heard anything. Concerned about my 10 month pregnant wife who is 4 days past due with the temp hitting 102 I call them back. The same women answers the phone again and I told her I called 9 hours ago and have not heard anything since. She remembers talking to me and says " We are still going to make it to you today WE WILL NOT GO HOME UNTIL EVERY CALL HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF" Needless to say nobody ever showed up or was even decent enough to call and say they could make it. If this co. really has been in business since 1964 that is AMAZING. Most of my family is in the construction field ( too bad for me none of them do heating and air) and i have never even heard of service this appalling! I wonder if they always string people along all day long just to keep them from going to someone else even though they have no intention of providing them with any service. Just a little side note their full page ad in the phone book even says " AT YOUR HOME IN HOURS NOT DAYS " kind of funny! I only clicked on one star because no stars was not an option.
