Do NOT use these guys. They quoted me a price on the phone of $90.00. The guy stayed 15 minutes in total maybe less than that. He made a couple of adjustments on my appliance, no parts were replaced and they charged me $130.00. I told the repair man they told me $90.00 on the phone he said the extra $40.00 was because he did maintenance on the appliance. Futhermore, the guy never discussed with me that it would be more than the initially quoted $90.00 dollars and if I wanted to proceed from there. I am not sure that is allowable is it??? Isn't there some better business bureau laws in how you conduct business ethically, like the bait and switch law? Additionally, he insulted me on that way out saying what kind of a housewife am I to let my appliance be broke. I am not even a housewife, but what nerve to talk to me like that.
I picked this company based on their 5 star rating, but I don't believe these ratings for this company can be authentic (from real customers) after my experience.
I would highly recommend staying away from this company.

Repair man showed up within a couple of hours of me calling. He recommended against a costly repair, and suggested purchasing a new washer. $35 was a small price to pay for the expert advice. He even recommended a different more reliable brand as a replacement. Hope not to need to call them again, but would without hesitation if necessary.

For three long years I stuck up to my former repair people to fix my two sub-zeros. But somehow, I felt that there was always something lacking in what they were doing. My sub-zeros were not working perfectly especially when it came to maintaining the right temperature. Well, I was really getting tired of the usual explanations given to me and so I decided to try another company and did I make a good decision. Just seeing their technician work impressed me: very professional and neat indeed. The tech also was articulate in explaining to me what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. What more can I say, my sub-zeros are working like these are new. Now I can relax knowing that finally, I found the right people to maintain my appliances

I would like to thank Allen Edward for sending me a very good and very nice technician to fix my Maytag washer that was overflowing. The guy they sent was really well experienced and it showed in the way he did his job. He was also a very, very nice person and didn’t leave until he was sure I won’t have a problem with my washer. Again, thanks a lot.

I went looking for a repair place to fix my Sub-zero and found some that caught my interest. I read the reviews and the stuff but thought the reviews were a bit exaggerated. To make the long story short, I finally decided on Allen Edward and boy did I make the right decision. These guys are absolutely marvelous. I’ve had my Sub-Zero fixed sometime ago but thought of trying other companies and true to what the guy was saying on the video, the other companies just don’t measure up. I thought that I’d never realize what that really meant but these people work meticulously and neatly that I immediately noticed the big difference. I want others to know how satisfied I am and grateful that I called Allen Edward instead of other companies.

Allen Edward fixed my Kitchen Aid washer and dryer last June. Then again, in September, I called them to fix my Thermador microwave. Last week, it was my Subzero that was acting up and once again, I called Allen Edward. In all these, I was completely happy with the way their repair people did their job. I would have wanted to avoid having my appliances breakdown but it feels good to know that I have people to call when I needed some help. The experience has always been pleasant and the service…well I’m not really a tech person but they seem to really know their trade. They explained to me in detail what was happening and what was needed to be done to fix the appliances. I hope that none of my appliances will breakdown soon but if ever, I would never think of calling anybody else - only Allen Edward.

It’s good to know that there are people that are always there for you, as they say, when the going gets tough. In many cases, over the years, I have come to rely on Allen Edward to fix my appliances. They fix it all: from my Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf range, Kitchen Aid dishwasher, garbage disposer, washer and dryer. Recently, they came for my oven which I found out, as I was preparing for Thanksgiving, was not prepared at all. It was burning stuff and I can’t figure out what was wrong. So, as I was used to doing, I called Allen Edward and they were able to come on the same day. The service technician they sent did a beautiful job. He left the oven, as I put it, sparkling clean and it worked wonderfully. I know I made the right decision in choosing Allen Edward and I know others will too.

I would not know what I would have done if not for the help that Allen Edward gave me. It is days before Thanksgiving and I suddenly found out that my Thermador oven was not maintaining the right temperature. I was kind of worried that with the holidays coming, the repair companies will be all too busy to come to my place on a short notice. In spite of a full schedule though, the guys at Allen Edward were able to send a repairman to me on a Sunday! The repairman was just wonderful and he did a nice and neat job in fixing my oven. That same afternoon, I was able to bake some pies that my family really loved. I am very thankful that I called these guys to fix my Thermador and I will surely recommend their services to whoever has a problem with their appliances.

These people are terrible!

They were a day late showing up.

Did not correctly diagnose the problem and installed a new part that did not need to be replaced and did not solve the problem.

They ended up removing the new part and replacing the old part. The problem was not fixed.

In the end, they ended up charging $120 labor to replace a belt that was worn, but never fixed the problem they were called for.

I am extremely delighted to have called Allen Edward to fix my Sub-Zero. First of all, the technician was very nice. Aside from that, he was neat and thorough in doing his job. I mean you can’t really help but be confident that he knows very well what he was doing. He did perform a quality professional job that left my Subzero running like new. I would definitely recommend them for sub-zero jobs and any appliance for that matter.

First, they were able to come within an hour after I called for service. Then, the nice repairman who came fixed our stove like an expert with extensive experience. Not only that, he was also very neat. My wife doesn’t like it when they make a mess of our kitchen whenever we have a repair done. This one was different. Our kitchen looked cleaner after he finished his job than before he came. They charge even better than our previous repair people. Well, what can I say? So far, they simply are the best appliance repair company that worked for us.

I thought that same-day service repair companies were inferior in service quality to those that are company accredited. Well, this company proved me wrong. I first called Sears and told them that I had an emergency but they couldn’t send a technician to me till after a few days. So, I tried calling this company and boy, am I glad I did. I’ve had repairs done by the Sears repair people before but as far as I’m concerned, this company rendered a service that was at least at par if not better. From now on, I know whom to call every time I have problems with my appliances and I suggest that others would too.

It was really a delightful experience to have called Allen Edward to repair my air conditioner. The technician was a very nice man and he did his work very well. I was also convinced that he did his job not only to get paid for it but more so, to help.

Simply amazing…what else can I say. Over the years, I’ve had my Maytag washer, Kitchen Aid dishwasher and recently my Amana refrigerator fixed by this company and in all instances, their technicians came and did a nice job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with appliances that need some fixing.

I want to commend Allen Edward for their extremely satisfactory service. It was just an amazingly pleasant experience to have called this company, from the time that their very helpful operator answered my call to the time that the nice repairman fixed my washer.

A few days ago, we called Allen Edward to fix our Sub-Zero because the guy who used to this for us can’t make it on that day. I and my wife are just glad that we did. I mean, the technician was just so professional at what he did and got our Sub-Zero working like new in no time at all. We are pretty much convinced that they do a much better job and will call them again if we have any problem with our appliances.

My stove hadn't been working for months. I used Allen Edward Appliance Repair and they fixed my stove right away and its been working great since. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

They came on time and fixed my Washer in one day. The technician quoted me for half the price the other companies were offering. I recommend them to anyone who wants expert, genuine service.

My Sub Zero was on the fritz, I was ready to get ready to get rid of it. But thanks to Allen Edward Appliance Repair and their expert technician I was able to save my Refrigerator and a lot of money! I highly recommend these guys, our family uses them for all our appliances.

My fridge went out on the morning of my daughters birthday party and I was expecting many children and had a beautiful melting cake. I called this company and within 45 minutes the repair man showed up. He saved the day for us. He was professional, reliable, and most of all the fridge works better then the day we got it.
