Very unprofessional, Dispatcher is very rude, driver (Jerry) is beyond rude and pathetic. Only reason used them today was because Acura Road Assistance contacted them when my wife had a flat tire. They were more than an hour late and used the excuse that they couldn't get a hold of me when they called 10 times in a span of 5 minutes and didn't the phone on me, although we gave them the exact address for the car location and my wife's phone number who was with the car, they still couldn't find the car according to them. When Jerry showed up, didn't say a word, was very rude to my wife, couldn't return a "hello", took the car without giving her a receipt or anything. Bunch of idiots and do not deserve any business.

Worst towing company ever!!!

My daughters car broke down tonight in the middle of nowhere. It was just ger and her 8 month old baby.

They let her wait for 2.5 hours, never called her and told her they were late.

When the guy finally showed up, he was very rude and unprofessional.

He gave her no papers to sign or any other proof that he towed her car.

This company was reffered to us by our insurance company.

We have already called them and told them to take this company of their list.

Negative stars.. only reason why they have one is because it is mandatory. . Absolutely horrific experience. I am a usaa member and they recommend them. I called usaa and complained. The disrespect and lack of customer service is completely beyond me. My story of what I went through today is way to long for this review. Let me just put it in a easy way. I WOULD RATHER BE BROKEN DOWN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD THEN TO HAVE THEM SERVICE ME EVER AGAIN. joy is so unprofessional and disgusting. And their driver John is a joke. I am completely disappointed and I will move up the chain to call and complain, even call the better business Bureau tomorrow. They should not be running a business of any sort.

Impolite on the phone. Late. Cancelled and called Wimmers, who got there in just 10 minutes.

Had to get police involved when driver demanded cash for a prearranged credit transaction, Guy stole my car,

slow and rude. Company doesn't care about who you are and do not give a realistic time that they will show up. Do not, no not use them. If your Insurance Company uses them as a preferred contractor, ask to have them use another company

This place is terrible. I hope they go out of business. Very rude and unprofessional on the phone and do not care to resolve issues. A truly bad experience.

Dispatched through Chrysler roadside assistance. The eta provided indicated 1 hour. 1.5 hours later I called and the first time it went to voice mail. Second time someone answered, no company name just hello. She could not provide me an update, did not ask my info and said that that he was busy and would call when he was on the way ( meaning he was obviously not already on the way despite the eta provided through chrysler). Clearly they are not ready to provide roadside assistance. Do not call them. You will wait forever

This company is very unprofessional. We were given a one hour estimated time of arrival and have been waiting now for 2 hours. I called the office to ask where our tow truck was and the lady that answered was very rude and argumentative. Also, instead of offering to call the driver and ask for a new ETA, she said "I don't know when he will be there, I can't tell you." I worked for a roadside assistance call center and have conducted business with many tow service providers and they are NOT up to professional standards in any way. I would not recommend them to anyone. Rude and late.

Horrible customer service and they did not want to correct their mistakes
