15 year old furnace system died in our home in November. Got 3 quotes from different companies in Charlotte. Of the three All City Heat and Air came in tied with the lowest price and was recommended by a neighbor. One of the biggest companies in Charlotte was over the top with their quote. Over $3,000 higher. We choose All City Heat and Air because of the total experience. Professional with good communications that answered our many many questions with patience.



System was installed on time and on budget with warranties and rebates that beat the other quotes.



Overall an excelent experience and will not hesitate to recommend.

I would say to avoid this company at all costs and if you had to choose between using them or not getting you a/c, then just sweat it out because these people are horrid!
