A few weeks ago, we had had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a massive amount of water damage in our home. After stopping the source of the leak, we called All American Water Restoration immediately to dry out the water and keep the damage to a minimum all in hopes that we could try to save as much as we could. That decision that fateful night turned out to be one of the best decisions that we made in that short period. Not only did All-American Water Restoration show up at our home at that late hour, but their technician was also onsite ready to go, equipped with both the know-how and the equipment to keep our loss to a minimum. Their technician took the necessary steps to dry out our home in no time, effectively preempting mold growth while also documenting the entire mess making it easy to report to our insurance company. The principal assigned for the rebuild was courteous and above all professional, a delineation that extended to every contractor hired to finish the rebuild of our home. The insurance claim process was smooth and non-confrontational as All-American Water Restoration supplied ample documentation for our insurance company which made that process seamless as well. We could not have been happier with the contractors hired to work on our home as they all went above and beyond to do a great job, never cutting corners, paying close attention to every detail and working with a level of precision and expertise that told us our home was in good hands. Every individual we spoke within the company was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in their documentation and their craft. We hope we never have to experience a loss in the same fashion as we did that fateful day a few weeks ago, but it is somewhat comforting to know that should we have to go through all this again, we can count on All American Water Restoration to take care of our home and put us back on our feet.

Thanks All American Water Restoration, my home was flooded by a broken pipe under my kitchen sink. I called AAWR, they Responsed quickly and they were very calming to me which left things less stressful for me, and they gave me great service on what to do while they dispatched their crew, which arrived within an hour. When they arrived they presented themselves very professionally and were caring and polite. I would definately reccommend AAWR to everyone!

All American Water Restoration was very prompt when it came to the arrival to my home, to evaluate and alleviate over time the problem of water covering my bedroom floor due to a leak in the toilet. AAWR's workers took special care to advise me of the problem, explain the entire process and later follow through of the clean-up.

All calls were returned promptly and appointment times facilitated whenever it worked best for me; serviceman arrived exactly at appointment time. Workmanship was perfect.

We recently had a leak in our bathroom resulting in most of one bathroom having to be ripped out. We were referred to AAWR by another company who said they do really nice work. The guys who came out were very professional and the quality of the work is amazing. The only way anyone can tell we had a problem is because our "average" bathroom looks updated instead of just repaired.
