I called this plumer out to my house for a re pipe an he was very lower in price then all the other quotes I got he did a very good job an you can tell he new what he was doing it was very nicley done know ? Asked.. really nice guy an my friend that told me about "aar" has been useing them for over ten years this company will be my plumer from now on I would recomend 'aar' to anyone!!

Joe is the best plumer I have ever used ,All American rooter knows their stuff I broke a water main freaked out and Joe came right over day or night 24/7 I would recommend his service to every one

I have been a customer of All American Rooter (AAR) for many years and have sent him many new customers. Sadly, that era is over.

I hired AAR to replace a leaky trap on a pedestal sink in my bathroom. It took 2 visits and 45 minutes to damage my wall and charge $175 labor. However, AAR claims 45 minutes at my house was really 1.5 hours. The hourly rate was $90 per hour. The first visit (10 minutes) was a waste of time because he did not have the part on his truck. The actual repair took about 35 minutes. However, while charging by the hour, they also charged $40.00 extra to snake the pipe. I called the office to complain about these excessive charges. Not only did I not get any refund, the plumber raced to my bank and cashed the check at the counter.

I was not present during the second visit. I could not take off work twice for 1 plumbing repair. Instead, I trusted the plumber to do good work and left a signed check with my son. I let my Son write in the amount.

After I got home and saw the work, I realized that the plumber had removed the sink from the wall. The paint stuck to the sink. He did not bother to make a cut around the sink with a razor knife. Instead, he just let the paint peel 2 inches around the sink. I am now stuck repairing the paint and recaulking.

I have hired AAR because I thought they had better quality and pricing than their big competitors. Apparently, I was wrong on both.

If you must hire AAR, get all pricing in advance and supervise closely. This will save you $ and aggravation.
