All-American Personal Fitness Training
I am a Personal Fitness Trainer with athletic and college nutrition background as well as competitive bodybuilding experience. I specialize in all aspects including weight loss, lean muscle gain, athletic performance, event dieting, and nutritional guidance/analysis. I do one-on-one personal training as well as group training, I conduct a boot camp class at a gym from which I operate, as well as an HIIT Cardio Class and a Weight Training Class for beginners. I operate on-site or in-home, and prices are very reasonable for both of the above. Packages come in 1-4 sessions, 6 sessions, 10 sessions, 15 or more sessions, and 36 sessions with sessions getting progressively cheaper as the packages get larger. I will see you through to your goals from beginning to end!!
