I hired All American Hauling to remove an old washing machine from my basement, and haul it away. I could not be home when they scheduled to come, so I left a key, and gave them instructions to let themselves into the house.



When I returned, I found that the washing machine had been dragged up the stairs and accross the living room carpet, with no protection whatsoever. There were gouges in every stair tread from the sharp corners, grease all over the carpet, a tear in the carpet, and wallboard damage along the stairwell.



I will never do business with this company again.
