iF YOU ARE VISITNG THE ORLANDO AREA AND HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR BRACES, THIS IS NOT THE OFFICE TO VISIT. WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE $160.OO TO SNIP A BAND UNTIL WE COULD GET HOME TO OUR ORTHODONTIST TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. WHAT A RIP OFF :(

When my 2 teenagers started tx with Dr. Fravel at the reccommendation of my pediatric dentist, we started in the Sandlake office. Even after he sold his office, our family travels all the way to Ocoee because his staff is the best and Dr. Fravel talks to the kids in a way that encourages them to take good care of their teeth. His rewards program is so great the kids look forward to earning all those Fravel dollars.

My experience was very excellent. The Doctor and the staff were very professional, friendly, and family oriented. My child used to be scared of the braces but after this experience he can't wait to visit again. I will recommend them to many people, including my family.

I went for a consultation, there prices were set about 35-50 more and other orthodontists in the area. Although the atmosphere was professional once I was acknowledged, I had arrived for my appointment early the staff was having their daily morning meeting. I waited in the welcome area for about 15 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there. I called prior to my visit and they quoted me a price for a new retainer, however when I got there the price tripled. The doctor said that I have a very mild case of shifting that was barley noticeable, since I did have braces and wore my old retainer until it broke my teeth havent moved much. I find it very hard to believe that a new Hawley retainer would cost $1200. Hawley retainers are the cheapest of all retainers. This practice should adjust their practice of quoting prices over the phone, how can they give a price without even seeing your mouth? Then you take off work go for the consultation and they jack up the price�COMPLETE WASTE OF T
