It's simple really. Over 30 years ago I discovered that anyone needing a security system was limited to one of the major companies in the business at that time. I remember my parents wanting a system for their business and the prices were in the thousands for the installation and then the monthly fees where outrageous. I convinced them to let me check into purchasing the equipment and installing myself. The savings where so great that I decided to install a system in my own home. Thus the beginning of Alarm Products. I continued to work my full time job, and for the next twenty years I installed systems after work and on weekends. In 1998, I could no longer work both jobs, the alarm business was growing and I really enjoyed helping my customers with their security needs. So I retired and became a full time security company. I have always been a small company with enthuses on customer service. We provide our customers with services that very few companies offer. We take full advantage of our systems reporting capabilities and contact our customers whenever a problem occurs at their home or business. We offer free upload/download support saving our customers hundreds in service calls each year. Honeywell. We use the latest technology, most reliable equipment in the industry. Our primary equipment is Honeywell and DSC, however we do service most systems on the market. Our upload/download support is limited however, to Honeywell and DSC. Cellular radios are available for those who want a backup system or to eliminate home telephone service. Using the same brands of equipment helps us to stay up to date with the latest changes in the industry and equipment and allows us to install the most reliable systems possible to meet your needs. Dependable Monitoring. Our monitoring station is local and UL certified, this means that they meet the requirements made and have been fully inspected by Underwriters. The station is fully staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week and experienced operators respond instantly to verify the cause of all alarms and expedite intervention as required. The station is fully self contained and can operate even with a full power failure. The highest level of security is used to protect you and your property and to maintain the lowest level of false alarms as possible.
