Alamar Roofing Consultants reroofed my house in Oct, 2008. They were paid in full. Their Supplier put a lien on my property in Jan of 2009 for failure to recieve payment from Alamar. Alamar stated their business was slow and the release of lien they gave me was only for their services, even though it also states for materials used. July of 2009 I was served with a court summons to foreclose a mechanics lien by Gulfeagle Supply in Tampa,( that Alamar had used), from a lawyer in Miami. Alamar is not returning calls to me or my attorney.



My roof has a leak. I got this pre certified contractor from SERVICE MAGIC, and it looks like they have blocked or lost my comment for this company.



The above phone number was changed and has an answer machine that says leave a message.



Fact is I paid Alamar over $16,000.00 and am now supposed to pay another $11,000.00 plus my attorney fee for a roof that leaks.
