Amber was super nice and did a great job !! We are super pleased with the service that we received !!

We needed 2 appointments to resolve our bug issues, both times the service technician was very prompt and courteous. He listened carefully to my concerns and questions and then did everything I requested. He also was very patient and helpful while I tried to coax/carry my pets out of the house while holding a baby. He demonstrated a wealth of knowledge about his job. Overall, my opinion was that they are a respectful and honest company that does truly deserve a 5 star rating.

There is nothing better as a manager then knowing that you have a trusting contractor to call with issues in your building. With Akita its one phone call and the problem is taken care of. They have a great set of guys and wonderful prices. You can't go wrong with Akita for your pest exterminating needs.
