GREAT SERVICE! When our unit quit working over the summer, I needed a fast repair... especially with my two young children in the house and the temperatures rising quickly! James came out and worked with me to figure out what was wrong. He ran many tests and finally discovered my inner coil was bad... but luckily under warranty. He handled all the ordering of parts and warranty issues. He worked past sunset to ensure our home was comfortable for the family. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and friendliness of James and Air Flow Masters. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of service for their HVAC unit!

I have had something different go wrong with my air conditioner three years in a row. I had another company, which I won't name, come out to repair the unit three years ago. Their repair lasted a few days when I was referred to AirFlow Masters. James came out the same day I called, explained to me what was wrong, pointed out where the other company had just temporarily fixed the problem and then replaced the line that was leaking. Our unit, which is old, has had something different go wrong every season but I always receive the same great service each time. James is very professional, always wears booties so he doesn't track anything in the house and very efficient. As a military wife who finds herself in charge of the household during deployments, I have comfort knowing James will always come to my rescue. I highly recommend him for any repairs you may have.

I called Airflow Masters at 8:15 am. I told him that my HVAC unit wasn't doing anything...not running at all. He spent about 10 mins walking me through a checklist of things to check to ensure the thermostat was working properly and even talked me through finding the outside breaker box to see if one of the breakers had been tripped (keep in mind I don't know jack-squat about electrical stuff and nothing was marked). He said he had a few other jobs to take care of but he would try to get here late morning to early afternoon. He made it to my house by 9:00 am. he checked a few things then flipped the only breaker I didn't check (again I am not electronically inclined, haha) then he marked the breaker that had tripped, brought me out to show me what had happened and that he had marked it for me. He was in and out in less than 15 mins. James Satterfield was a gentleman, very respectful, fast, and knowledgable. I am and will continue to recommend him and his company to everyone.

This is a Fantasic company. He spent time with me over the phone to explain everything and try to Dx the problem and then he came over quickly and got my AC fixed quickly, Which time is comfort in this business. When it came to the other companies they where a lot more expensive what 1 peson tried to charge me 1100$ for that wasnt even the problem, James found the real problem explained every step. He has OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND AFFORDABLE PRICES.

In the end only 135$ and ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE.
