I have known Jerry Ramsey for 40 years now. He has always done my plumbing. We both getting older now and yes his hearing is not to we'll . But his son is the one he should let answer the calls. But I think we all get more hard headed as time goes bye. But don't think twice not even once about calling another ... cause Jerry's the oldest master plumber intown. And he'll treat you like a brother. Good. people. Save your ass. And some money.

Called on emergency need for disabled ex husband ..the guy headed this way have directions here.. he acted like he didn't want to come.. called us back n said to call another plumber..my ex supply line in main bathroom busted water was all under his mobile home. Mind you he is disabled.. won't use these people again .had to call Roto rooter now my ex has to go all night with out water and the use of his bathroom..poor service from these people and they say we he emergency service..

DONT USE THIS COMPANY The man that answered was hard to understand, and he seemed to think I knew how to fix a septic pump (grumpy). They were not upfront and practiced what I believe to be dishonest practices in the dealings I had with them.

I called because I had a pipe leak that soaked my bedroom carpet and other areas. The man that answered was hard to understand, and he seemed grumpy. He told be he could be at my house shortly after lunch, but that he would call first. By 2:45 I hadn't heard from him, so I called the office. The answering machine picked up, so I left a message. I still hadn't heard from him by 3:15, so I called again. He answered and told me he would be at my house at 4:30. He didn't appologize for not showing up at the time he stated he would, in fact he was rather rude. I decided to call another plumbing company. The gentleman who answered at this company, Woodard Plumbing, was friendly and pleasant. He told me he could be at my house in 10 mins., and he was! He was extremely helpful. He fixed my problem in no time. I'm glad I chose another company. If Affordable Plumbing can't be bothered to be curteous to me, then I can't be bothered with them.
