I would never use them again!! They were almost 3 hours late and were very careless while moving my furniture around. They scratched up my floors and my furniture. The only good thing I have to say is that they only charged me their fuel fee.

Despite telling me that they would call if they had any problems arriving on time, they showed up an hour late without a phone call. Charles was noticeably upset that they had to go up one flight of stairs when unloading. He showed no regard for my belongings. He would get to the third step from the top and throw boxes the rest of the way, and when he bothered to carry them inside he would drop them on the floor right in front of me. They broke and/or damaged almost every item of furniture.When it came time to pay them, I was told that they only deal in cash - which was not specified up front. I was given no contract or receipt.

This company has no consideration for it's customer's time. They set appointments that require 24 hour cancellation notice but will not notify you if they are not showing up for your appointment. Owner/rep was not the least bit concerned that their failure to perform was ruining our day and our moving plans. I would NEVER use this company again or recommend them to others. There are many other affordable movers out there with better business sense than this company.
