Awesome company...prompt, courteous, careful. Competive prices. Crew is friendly, all fluent in English so communication is easy, hard workers. The guys do like fresh baked muffins or cookies...:-)

Crew did not speak english nor were they employees but, day workers. The job was not supervised, did not do everything listed on the invoice, bushes & plants destroyed by sloppy work, gates left open when they left (luckily my dog did not leave). Jim the owner talked a good story then did not do what he said. The job was so unprofessional they left a large amount of cut tree limbs for me to pick up. After the job my neighbor, my kids, and my Dad as soon as they saw the mutilated trees their response was all very similar. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR TREES!! They were lopsided, uneven left some branches low and cut the middle portion and left dead branches (WHAT THE #@**$#?) They cut just the front of a tree and left the back to hang over the house. This is what happens when you use day labor and the job is left unsupervised. The following day after the job Jim shows up to my house not to check on the job or if I am satisfied NO, HE CAME FOR THE CHECK! You know this type of business. I asked him what he thought of the job. He didn't know what to say because he never looked it over, only concern about getting paid and getting out before I figured out what a mess he created. I sent a fax asking him to finish the work, clean up, and fix the mess. I told him to not go to my house without informing me first. What does he do go to my house without informing me when I wasn't home and makes the situation worse!! I sent another fax stating more of the same as the first fax he calls to tell me he will be there in the morning and then that day he was to arrive calls to tell me it will be some time in the afternoon! This is a terrible company. If you want to waste your time and money and your trees to be mutilated this is the company for you.

I'm very pleased with the result of the work performed. Great clean up afterwards too ! Respectful and pleasent crew.
