I used aero residential to have gutter and downspout work done to my home, price was great, very curious employees and a very clean job site, I'm very pleased with the work and will use them again , I plan on a new roof in the near future , thank you aero residential in reference to the review by jack f many Spanish people aren't illegal and I had very nice Spanish and American people working on my home and they did a great job. Be aware of non profit organizations that put people up to writing bad reviews about companies they just don't like , I'm a happy customer!

T.J. did a great job on my roof He even upgraded it to life time shingles for free. He was quick and cleaned up the entire area. I would use him again and plan to have him put a roof on my office next.

I recently hired Aero Roofing to replace my roof. It was one of the worst mistakes I ever made. I had read all the posting on the Internet about this horrible company. But against the good advice of many unhappy decision I ever made. As soon as T.J got his greedy hands on my money,it went from bad to worse. My job that was to be finish in a few days took literally weeks complete and it was very poorly done. Any thing and every thing that could go wrong, did go wrong. And a lot of it was due to him DELIBERATELY doing it and not a due to unforeseen and unsatisfied former customers, I decide to give him a chance and hired him, It was one of the worst circumstances .He never once apologized or try to make amends for his actions. If you expect good service, integrity, excellent workmanship and professionalism for your hard earned money, go else where. DO NOT HIRE AERO ROOFING. He will not do it right and will not honor his warranty. A absolute rip out and scam. I do not want any one to go through the horrible experience that my family and I had to endure because of this awful man..

We received high quality services, great customer service, and a very dependable roof. TJ Ryder Jr. took excellent care of us and I would recoomend this business to all of my friends. Not only did he fix our roof, he fixed our siding that Hurricane Sandy blew off, and didn't charge us extra.

Aero roofers has over 30 complaints and they are known to hire illegal aliens for cash jobs paid under the table. It is a felony to hire illegals. Please be careful when you use companies that hire illegals. 99.9% in md are illegal. One way to know for sure is if they can't read write and speak English they are not a citizen and they often get hurt on the job and sue. So be cautious. I couldn't post this message unless I gave a star rating. they don't deserve any stars but jail time.

A horrible company with extremely poor service and workmanship. Nothing but trouble once you sign. Can not depend on them to stand behind their warranty. Better to paid a little more for quality service and materials than to go cheap and get inferior results. This is a terrible company and you will be very sorry you even called them. Do yourself a big favor and go find a quality company. Avoid this company at all cost. This company ( Aero Roofing) went out of business in 2012 and renamed itself Aero Residential Contractors with the same people in charge. It is a shameless attempt to avoid honoring all the warranties of the previous victims and start ripping off new victims. They continue to preform the same substandard work, This can be verified by going to the Maryland Better Business Bureau where they have a F rating . They also have 30 documented complaints and those are the victims who filed reports . They did not even have the integrity to answer 18 of those complaints. There are probability much more unhappy customers who just gave up and crawled away.. Made a huge mistake hiring this company.and regret it to no end. I hope that you will not be so foolish after reading this and researching for yourself. This company deserves to go out of business again so they can not take advantage of good decent people. They give honest home improvement companies a bad name.

this will be the third time that i;m going to have to have repairs done on my mothers roof. Her house is over 100 yrs. old and had never leaked until they replaced her roof with theirs supplies. The work was not professional. I do not recommend any one having work done by this company.

If I could have given this place negative stars I would have. The guy, who is one of the sons of the company, took two shots to show up and when he did show up quoted us a high price and never even got on our roof to see what the real problem was. We agreed since we were in a bind to have this fixed as our roof just started to leak and we didnt want any other damage to our home. The repair man showed up the following day with the wrong color material and then offered to go up on his own for $100 to fix the problem. He promised he could come back and take care of the job and that the son who had orignially given us the estimate was planning on keeping out $650 for his holiday funds and never even turning it in to the company. Needless to say the $100 fix didnt do the job, their crafty repair guy called us back on two occasions and never showed to fix the problem and we are out the $100 with the same problem. Everything with this company is bad news. Don't waste your time. These people are horrible!!!

Don't bother, they set up appointments and then don't show nor bother to call and cancel or postpone. Guess they don't need the work.
