OMG! These are THE worst apartments I have ever lived in. They have an ad on craiglist stating they have sparkling pools,a tennis court, a volleyball court, laundry facilities, two beautiful fishing lakes and amazing scenery. PLEASE! Don't let the pictures fool you. Those pics were taken years ago. Close to around when they were built. Now the pools are all loaded with trash and green stuff. The ducks won't even swim in them. They opened a pool up once last summer, and it was the same color as the rest of them. Who will swim in that crap?! They claim they have a tennis court and a volleyball court. The tennis court doesn't have a net and children play on the court all day. I haven't seen a volleyball court since I've been there, and wasn't told of one either! They say that they have laundry facilities. Well....they're all boarded up! Haven't been opened since I moved in and I been here since May 2010 and can't wait to move. They say they have two beautiful fishing lakes.....These people need to quit! The lake outside ... I have ever lived in. The girl at the leasing office said they were going to clean it up along with the pools. That was in June 2010. It's now May 2011 and the algae has been sitting there for so long, it has turned into grass. So be careful where you're walking because you might end up in the lake! It also says that Jamesbridge has an amzing scenery. Where? Everywhere you turn, you see pizza boxes on the bushes, bikes in the lake, fecies from the ducks and horrible tenants' dogs, who don't try to clean it up after them, dead ducks, garbage on the roof, loud a** kids, and should I go on? Their dog will poop on your front porch and it will be there for weeks until YOU clean it up. OMG! The maintenance crew is a joke! They look like homeless hobos. Just the other day, I overheard one maintenance dude talking about one tenant wouldn't let him in to fix her sink. I wouldn't let him in either. She probably thought he was going to rob her. He didn't even have on the Jamesbridge t-shirt. Everyone there are so unprofessional! OH! I forgot about the stairs. They're horrible! They put tape on the stairs so no one could walk up. But it's been like that for months. When do they plan on fixing the stairs? Jamesbridge has a lot more problems than I can type up, but I just want to let you know that Jamesbridge is nothing but a SCAM! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE AT JAMESBRIDGE!!!
