Advanced really did a good job on replacing my wooden roof trim with aluminum. They matched the color too, which was important to me. Great communication as well, always took my call and kept me posted on the progress. It did take them longer than expected to start the work.

I was crunched for time and needed repairs before selling my house. They responded quickly and got the job done! Friendly customer service too.

I have had a very different experience with Advance Moisture Protection than previous reviewers. We accepted the work proposal for a new roof and gutters in late March. It was mid August before the work was done and only due to my frequent phone calls to both Tim and Krystal. We were given several tentative dates only to be left hanging each time. No follow up on Advance's part, only on mine.

The new roof and gutters look very nice, but the aggravation of having to constantly call was not worth it. I regret my decision to use this company.

Advanced Moisture Protection, Did and Excellent job replacing my roof. They were very professional and efficient and the job was done in a timely man. I was also pleased with the low cost and of the roof and the awesome payment plan. I would recommend this company to my family and friends

I went with four stars instead of five only because my appointment was rescheduled twice, (partly due to weather) otherwise excellent company to do business with. I had a small 10’x16’ flat roof replaced that is on an addition to the main house. The work looks great and the crew was professional and courteous. For me this was a test run to see how the company handles smaller or "repair style" work. I own several investment properties and from time to time they require upkeep. I could tell from the numerous references that AMP has a long history of complete roof replacement but I generally need smaller work. More importantly I want to know that I won’t need to go back and check behind a company after the work is finished. I am quite satisfied with the work I received and will use AMP again in the future.

They put my roof on last year. They were the lowest of three or four bids and the only company that correctly estimated the size of our large roof. The crew arrived early on the morning after Thanksgiving and worked until well after dark to finish the job. It doesn't leak & it's warranteed.

This is the second job Advanced Moisture Protection has done and they have been excellent both times. Their prices have been reasonable and I was never sold anything I did not need. I will use Advanced again for any further roof work.

I have a row home in Baltimore City. Advanced Moisture Protection did wonderful job doing roof maintenance and replacing my porch roof. Before I contact Advance, another contractor from another company gave me really silly price and said that I need to replace the entire roof (new roof system). So I decided to check with Advance for second opinion, wow they were very honest. I did not need the entire roof system but need maintenance. They took their time to listen, give advices, inspect my property roof and consult. Don't look around for other contractors, please use Advance. You will be grateful. I was overall pleased with this company. I think that the office staff was very pleasant to deal with via the emails. I did have some issues with keeping appointments but I guess they were busy so there may be some overlapping of jobs, but there should be a little more communication between the owner and the workers. I would use this company again.

I was a first time home owner when I bought my house 2 years ago. The roof was approximately 15 years old and the previous owner had Advanced Moisture Protection to seal/repair the roof and the warranty was for a year. I had no issues for 2 years until the very strong wind this summer. I have contacted the Advanced Moisture protection because of very pleasant experience I had talking with them when I bought the house. The service was excellent: prompt and professional. I have no doubt in their expertise and the price was very reasonable. My roof got repaired within a week of my call. I am very happy with the service and will use them at the time when I decide to change the roof. Strongly recommend this company!

Advanced Moisture Protection was a honest and well organized company who wants their customers to be completely satisfied. Tim and Krystal communicated very well with each other and with myself/spouse notifying us with each step of their companies process. They were helpful while offering their professional opinion with picking out the product/color choice. We were thinking about going with a safe color choice (gray) for years to come. However, Tim with years of experience under his belt offered us other roof jobs to checkout (jobs that had color on the roof). His opinion proved to be right. We looked at the workmanship and color which was excellent. We won't doubt his opinion and we trust him with any roof job we may need in the future. Advanced Moisture will definitely be in our address book for any additional roof job we may need in the future. Great Job! It's nice to work with honest business people who have the same goal and focus on a job as the customer.
