My $7000.00 generator has not been runnning for one year. A year back I called them to fix it and has yet to run again. Be very careful with this company.



April 2016 update: generator was finally fixed one year later (in February). As of April 25 have not received a bill. It's possible repairs were covered under warranty.

This is the place to go for your generator and maintenance of it. They gave me a price quote and stuck to it. They even came back at no charge and changed my break-in oil. Very polite. Prices are great.

I brought a generator in to be repaired. The estimated time for repair was a "few weeks." Two months later after many phone calls the generator was said to be fixed. Larry stated the bill was twice the amount that was estimated and there was no call stating of an extra cost. Larry would not recognize his companies inability to properly diagnoss a problem and put a labor costs on me. T top it off, not all work that was asked to be done was completed or even remembered.

The cost of the job doubled. The cost of estimated parts doubled. This ultimately will end in court, but beware of the practice at this shop.
