We had a major water leak in our basement after completing a full renovation of the house. We had to get things cleaned up and repaired in just two days before a big home tour for our house. Mark and the team were prompt, showed up off-hours and took care of everything. Will definitely come back to them in the future!

They charged 149 for 3 rooms and hallway under 500 square feet. Did not remove any stains in carpet tried to sell us over 200 in upgrades and treated us like dirt when we declined to upgrgrade. Our carpet is 4 years old and we have had MUCH better experience elsewhere and better results from doing it ourselves!!! Waste of money!!! Do not use this company

The owner, Mark Schultz, came to our home to clean our basement carpet on Saturday, April 6th. We had an scheduled time of 12:00 - 2:00. About noon, Mark called and let us know he was running late and would be at our house closer to 3:00. (Great Customer Service!!) He arrived shortly after 3:00.



Our basement carpet had a few pet stains. We knew the carpet would need additional services due to this. The quoted price was $400. Seemed a little high but we expected to pay additional costs from the coupon we found so we agreed to the quote.



When the work was completed and the carpet was wet, it looked great. Mark indicated that if we had any issues, to give me a call.



On Sunday morning, as the carpet was beginning to dry, we noticed brown spots on the carpet (in places where there were no stains before).



I gave Mark a call on Monday morning and he came back on Monday evening. He completed another acid rinse on the carpet.



On Tuesday morning, the carpet looked better but still had a few stains. Before I could call Mark, HE CALLED ME to be sure I was satisfied. When I told him there were still a few stains, he again came to our house on Tuesday evening and treated the stained areas.



On Wednesday morning, the carpet looked much better. Again, Mark called me to ensure I was satisfied. He offered to come out again if I wanted him to treat the area once more. I told him the carpet was fine and I was happy.



In reading the reviews, there are a few really negative ones for this company. I wanted to write this review to say Mark came to our home three times to clean our carpet to ensure we were happy. He showed great customer service!!

I would tell my best friend that I have had Advanced Carpet Restoration clean my carpet and furniture for years and they have always done a great job

they tripled the price quote. They misrepresented themselves and run a shotty business

I had these guys over at my house and first off they should up in a joke of a van (that should have been my first clue) The man quoted me a price and then when he was done with my carpet (after he broke my table) his quote went up $150.00. He had every excuse on the price jump. He couldnt have been more ghetto!!!!! I often get my carpets cleaned and his job was very fair at best. These guys are jokers
