Was told it would take 53 minutes for them to arrive at my vehicle. I waited over 2 hours in the rain. I called multiple times asking where the driver was. There was almost 45 mins between each phone call and the driver had made almost no ground in that time. Definitely would not recommend.

!!! The worst service possible. First of all they are never there on time! Then they will not charge what you have agreed with them. AVOID ...GET SOMEONE ELSE...and save your time and your sanity!!!

One star rating is far too high. Use this company if you have no other recourse. I was involved in a 3 car accident with injuries. Their company was next on the list for towing. I informed the driver to take my vehicle to Elder Ford, he explained the process was to take the car to their lot and have the insurance company retrieve it. Action is not allowing the insurance company to retrieve the vehicle. I have to come to the lot miles away from me when they could have towed it to the location 2 miles from me. Instead they want me to come in and sign a release. Not what I was told but it's all about the bottom line for this company. I have filed a BBB report.

Antonio Watson is the man as my son has advised his service, knowledge and customer service skills I expect I will only use him from Action Towing! Later I will review "Ray" as a zero!

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I work for a very strict secured company and because of that they have a very strict process on who comes in and out of their parking lot, so it takes awhile to let you in. My car died and I needed assistance. Action Towing was very rude, impatient and has a lack of customer service. I was so frustrated and scared. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Service was great! Fast & friendly! And the driver "Chris" was very handsome! If I break down again, I'm requesting him!

I'm very very disappointed with Action Towing they have no heart when someone needs help. All I needed was a little information for them and all I got for a answer was. I in it for the money and its no my place to tell you how to get a power of attorney when your son is in a coma in the hospital. My son lost his vehicle because of this. Sad Story
