Ace does NOT deserve any stars! For starters they have poor customer service! When asking a question they talk to you like your DUMB! And most of all they charge for service, for every mile, and for storage so they say! Even when your car is just towed because a dumb neighbor didn't have the heart to check if it was our car called this Ace towing place they charge!!! AND TO MAKE IT WORSE THEY ARE SO RUDE TO THE PEOPLE WHO SERVE FOR THEIR FREEDOM! This is NOT a joke it is so SAD to own a company like this whoever owns this company should hire BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS and to RETHINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO SERVE THEIR COUNTRY FOR EVERYONE'S FREEDOM!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!! BUT IT IS OKAY BECAUSE THE GREAT LORD IS NOT SLEEPING! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOR YOUR LACK OF CARING FOR OUR SOLDIERS WHO FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOM!!!

PALM VILLAS uses these people. Had my truck towed from there even after having the proper parking permit - n this happened last week to someone else per management. When I went to pick up my truck n discuss it ...this person rudely had another person come to the window and stonewall me n demand payment. I asked her name from across the window four times with NO answer and the other tuna at the window say "she said her name Mary" .....at the same time a worker walks out the office door laughing as if it were some kind of joke!!! They were extremely rude and demeaning to my daughter and I...not to forget extremely unprofessional......so. "sista Mary"......ill make sure I mention u when I call the Better Business Bureau and Channel 2 Action News......n maybe even civil court.....and for all of you living OR visiting PALM VILLAS in Ewa Beach.......watch your cars......because the locusts have permission to swarm around your cars day and night!!!!!
