AWFUL! Scheduled my appt for between 3 to 5 so I left work with plenty of time to spare. I had an email confirming my date and time also. I called close to 5 only to be told he came early and I wasn't home. Of course I wasn't! He came at 1PM and that was not the time scheduled at all! Stupid Customer Service. No clue what they are doing and I would not recommend them at all.

Horrendous experience with the Ace Exterminators out of Joelton, TN.

They didn't show for the second of three weekly appointments needed for bed bug treatment.

When I called the evening recept. to ask where the tech was and why he did not show, she said there was nothing she could do. I mentioned writing a review of my experience and she laughed at me and told me that the supervisor on duty refused to call me and let me know why the tech failed to show and that he told her to deal with it.

She promised me that one of the "assistant supervisors" would come the next day and do the treatment.

When THAT guy arrived the following afternoon he threatened me with a lawsuit if I wrote a bad review about the company then he told me I needed to leave for 2 hours while he treated the place..

I was in my car talking to a friend on the phone when I saw the pest control guy LEAVE in approximately 15 minutes....

When no one arrived AGAIN for the last appointment the following week I called the office. The Manager named Jennifer informed me that unless I went through my apartment manager there was nothing that could be done because their contract is with the complex not me. I told her that the manager already set it all up, but that when their guy fails to show AGAIN I should be able to call them directly. She said no and never apologized for the lack of professionalism shown by her company.

The first guy that came was great.. but after that it has been no shows, and when they do show they threaten to sue you if you put an honest truthful review up online. I will never allow this company access to my apartment again. I told Jennifer that and she said, Okay, have a good day and hung up. I will contact a professional company and have them come to my place.. plenty of exterminators out there, no need to go with one that does not appear to value it's clients. :)
