Accupro did an inspection for us in November of 2009. After a rather dry winter, we were pretty happy with our home. While painting the front room in December, we noticed a small discoloration in the roof, maybe the size of a golf ball. About a week ago, we had the first real storm of the spring season, and the discoloration spread and the ceiling seemed to be sagging. We called a roofer out as soon as we could. The roofing company climbed up and said "this has been here for a long time...didnt you have a home inspection?" he patched up the hole so no further water could enter. I wrote a letter to Accupro, explaining the situation and Carl agreed to come out and take a look. He climed up there and said "This happened in the five months you lived here, after the inspection." I dont know much about roofs, thats why I hired an inspector, but I do know that one rain will not ruin your roof. Carl sent out another roofer, and has stuck to his "I dont offer a warranty"... I understand people make mistakes, at the very least I expected Carl to offer the $300 paid to him for the inspection, as stated in his report. I get a home warranty to cover plumbing and appliances, I hired an inspector to inspect the framework of the house, and he missed it, and even worse, he isnt owning up to it. As a first time home buyer, I would not have purchased this home knowing the roof needed to be replaced. I am very disapointed in the lack of accountability with this company.

I AM MOVING TO FLORIDA AND NEEDED A HOUSE INSPECTION FROM 1000 MILES AWAY. AND I WAS ONLY GIVEN A WEEK TO GET IT DONE. MR REICHERS MADE THE PROCESS QUITE PAINLESS. HIS REPORT INCLUDES PICTURES OF THE PROBLEM AREAS. HE WALKED ACROSS A 3-STORY ROOF AND EVEN EVALUATED THE SPRINKLING SYSTEM. THEN HIS REPORT WAS ON THE COMPUTER THAT NIGHT: JUST LIKE HE SAID. PLUS HE WAS EVEN NICE TO ME WHEN I PESTERED HIM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY TO ASK QUESTIONS. I HOPE THAT I WON'T HAVE TO, BUT IF I NEED ANOTHER HOUSE INSPECTED, I WILL USE MR. REICHERS AGAIN. PAULA
