Access Mobile Veterinary Service offers basic veterinary care for dogs and cats, including preventative health (vaccinations, parasite control), surgery, digital x-rays, dental cleaning, lab work, etc. We do not perform orthopedic procedures or surgeries that require post-op hospitalization. For animals that require care beyond the capabilities of a mobile clinic, we will work to coordinate the transfer to a local clinic of your choice. Upon arrival, we will gather some information and then carefully bring your pet out to our clinic. If necessary, we can come into your home to work on extremely ill or debilitated animals. However, because all of our equipment is in our clinic, it is much more convenient and safer to bring your pet out to the clinic. Owners are certainly welcome to come into the clinic with their pets. In addition, we offer in home euthanasia. We can usually provide same day service, and we also offer transportation to the crematorium if that is the chosen aftercare arrangement.

They went above and beyond to quickly come to Crystal River within 1 hour of us talking to euthanize my 15 year old lab, who had turned for the worse overnight. They were compassionate and very professional, explaining every step of this difficult process. They allowed me to take as much time as I needed to say goodbye. I cannot recommend them highly enough (I wish there were 10 stars)

Fantastic !!! we needed to euthanize our Large breed family dog and they came that morning within 2 hours of our call. they explained everything, they left during the stages of medicating the dog so everyone could grieve with just family. they asked the kids if they had any questions. Our dog was very comfortable and did not have to leave his favorite pet bed. they also were very helpful with cremation services.
