I've had about a dozen projects with acceptprint. Never had any problems, I've talked to at least 2 real people from the company. I don't know where they are based or what their facility looks like, all I know is: I send my design, I pay for it and it shows up with in a few days! It always looks great. As a business owner, what more can you expect?

I placed an order for a simple sample kit from this company on Tuesday morning - May 26th thinking that I would receive it before the weekend. The next Monday (June 1st) I called to see where my product was. This is the only time they have answered the phone and told me they send out sample kits once a week and I should have it in the next day or two. My kit has not come. It is now June 8th and no one will answer the phone, no one will respond to their online chat, and no one will respond to emails.



My account online with them states that the kit has been shipped, but there is no tracking with the item. When I asked them where the tracking was, the response was "we don't do that".



I advise against ordering from this company. I am glad that I did not order something large to run into receiving this type of customer service.

I just want to explain what kind of scam this AcceptPrint.com company is. AcceptPrint advertises 9 locations in major cities and posts photos on the website of large industrial facilities. But in reality there is not even a physical address listed. The shipping comes from a UPS store located at 198 Okatie Village Dr., STE 103-119 Okatie,SC 29909. AcceptPrint.com toll free number is not in service. When you ask questions where they are located in online chat on AcceptPrint.com you get this message "Customer Service

We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we'll get back to you shortly."



In the meantime, there is always someone at AcceptPrint.com who will lead you to buy products they cannot deliver. And when you confront AcceptPrint about their wrongdoing, all communications stop.



I had to contact Better Business Bureau to get a hold of some phantom emailer to get a refund.



AcceptPrint.com severely misleads and misrepresents who they online and take advantage of Google Search Engine Optimization.



AcceptPrint.com is an unethical company and should not have Google page ranking it does and access to anyone's credit card information.
